Everything might be not exactly correct in this article but it’s very useful for beginners to understand IT terms. If you want to learn IT but you don’t have any experiences to work in IT industries, I wish it helps you to understand IT and you like to study IT more.

1. What is Malware？

Malware (a portmanteau for malicious software) is any software intentionally designed to cause damage to a computer, server, client, or computer network.
By contrast, software that causes unintentional harm due to some deficiency is typically described as a software bug.
A wide variety of malware types exist, including computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, adware, rogue software, wiper and scareware.

Malware is a program which has the scheme for crime.
They used to be called “Computer Virus”, but recently they are called “Malware”.
Actually we can say that “Computer Virus” is one of Malware. Nowadays, Everything which does some bad things to your laptop is called “Malware”.
So there are a lot of categories like following things;

Computer Virus : They break your laptops or systems
Spyware : They steal your important information in your laptops or systems
Ransomware: They demand ransom. And if you refuse to pay, they will threat to lock your systems or publish your confidential information
And other many Malware : Worms, Trojan horses, and so on

2. Malware is in ONE PIECE

Malware :

All Organizations to deceive/trick people and cause extreme suffering. Such as World Government, the God Enel, Baroque Works and so on

Computer Virus :

Pirates such as Arlong Pirates, Thriller Bark Pirates, Don Quixote Pirates, Big Mom Pirates, Beast Pirates and so on

Spyware：

CP9, Nico Robin who works for outlaws, and so on

It means they are Annoying people in the world.

3. How your laptops are Infected?

Where does Malware come from? They have a lot of ways to infect your systems, such as Internet, E-mail, USB and so on.
It will not too much to say that everything which you install after you buy your laptop could be Malware.
The best way to protect your laptop is not installing anything… Is that possible?
